Jenna’s love for baking started at a young age as she grew and gained experience she eventually started baking products of her own. She sought out for ways to help her grandmother find better alternatives for her condition.
Over many trials, tests and experiments Jenna has been able to provide her grandmother and countless others with delicious gluten free & wheat free baked goods. Jenna understands the daily struggles that come along with having gluten and wheat allergies. Each product is created so that even those without gluten or wheat allergies would crave them.
A testimonial to Jenna from her Grandma: It was a difficult transition from a regular diet especially growing up on the prairies where wheat was our main staple and livelihood. I never would have guessed I had an allergy to gluten. I was finally diagnosed in 1962 after many years of severe abdominal discomfort and major weight loss. It took some time to get used to the gluten free diet as back in those days there were no certified gluten free products available. After many years of experimenting I found a healthy way of eating and thanks to my granddaughter Jenna for becoming a pastry chef and creating the best gluten free, pastries, muffins and breads that are simply Delish.
